這幅畫我想用誇張的手法表達平常不可能的事情。用最小的動物承托比他更大而重的,一層一層的疊上去, 由小至大。連大象也能疊上去最高處!
我想起聖經裏有一人求耶穌將他兒子身上的邪靈趕走, 因為耶穌的門徒不能辦到。他求耶穌憐憫他們, 如果可以的話, 幫助他。「 耶穌對他說、你若能信、在信的人、凡事都能。孩子的父親立時喊著說、我信．但我信不足、求主幫助。〔有古卷作立時流淚的喊著說〕」(可9：23-24）
我跟這人一樣! 從心底裏吶喊: 我信, 但我的信心不夠, 求主幫助我! 有時候我認為自己有些信心, 但我的信心很容易動搖, 不夠堅定, 很受環境影響。我心存懷疑, 之後又對自己的懷疑感到內疚。這時候更需要求神堅固我的信心。但每次他都憐憫我, 陪伴和幫助我度過。 要記得像芥菜種子那麼一點的信心, 主都說可以移山。更何況有着更大的信心, 神不是會聽我們的禱告, 顯示更多榮耀, 讓他的名更得榮耀嗎? 讓我們好像最底下那隻小老鼠一樣憑著對神的信心, 輕鬆地處理這些看似沉重的困難!

I wanted to express the impossibility that the animals are piled up from the smallest and lightest to the biggest and heaviest. I don't mean this literally but I mean that what seems to be impossible to us is possible with God.
I think of the incident where a man pleaded Jesus to drive out the evil spirit from his son because his disciples could not do so. He asked Jesus to have compassion and help him if He can. “If You can? Jesus echoed. “All things are possible to him who believes! ”Immediately the boy’s father cried out, “I do believe; help my unbelief!” (Mark 9:23-24)
I resonate with that man. Often I think I have some faith but my faith wavers and is insufficient. I doubt and then feel guilty about my doubts. I pray for God to strengthen my faith. He graciously does and helps me through the hurdle. Remember that having faith in size of a mustard seed (which is very small) can move mountains, how much greater would God be doing for the good of us if we have greater faith!
